- Can I extend my stay?
- Usually yes. Let us know early and we will hold the apartment for the following period and continue the agreed monthly rate.
- What are the cancellation terms?
- We agree the terms individually in the offer. For project stays we offer flexible arrangements in case a project is postponed or shortened.
- Is cleaning included?
- Final cleaning is part of the offer. For longer stays we can arrange weekly or fortnightly interim cleaning including a linen change.
- Can I register the address as a residence?
- Registering a secondary residence is possible by arrangement. Please raise it before booking so we can prepare the landlord confirmation in advance.
