- How long can I book a business apartment in Wismar for?
- Our furnished apartments are bookable from three nights. For project stays of a week or more we quote staggered weekly and monthly rates with a fixed price for the whole term.
- Can I get an invoice addressed to my company?
- Yes. You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately. The company and billing address may differ from the guest's address — just state both in your request.
- Is there parking for a company car?
- Yes, every apartment comes with a parking space directly at the building. Vans fit too — please mention it in your request.
- Can several colleagues stay at the same time?
- Yes. There are three furnished apartments in the building that project teams can book in parallel. For larger teams we plan the allocation together with you.
